Service Description and Coverage
Our co-location service will provide you with a secure commercial facility specifically conditioned, built and staffed for the housing of telecommunications, IT and Internet infrastructures. All our centers are strategically located and engineered to offer state-of-the-art redundant systems that ensure security, power and environmental control.
All centers are within close proximity to major local and long distance service offices and include all of the following:
- Fully CO-level conditioning: All equipment is placed on floors supported by uninterruptible power supplies, power generator, air conditioning and fire prevention systems.
- Secure and confidential: Cabinets and doors are unlabeled and access authority to the Centers and equipment is verified, supervised and logged.
- Equipped with industry standard interconnection systems to facilitate bridging with the outside world or with other tenants.
- 24 by 7 on demand Level1 technical support and surveillance are provided with Level2 support available on a scheduled or emergency basis.

- Structured cabling system that facilitates circuit growth and inter-networking
- Cable trays link all equipment to riser conduits, shared systems and other tenants; MultiPoint manages wiring outside of client’s area for security and record keeping purposes.
- Pre-action fire prevention system helps you achieve your service level quality objectives
- Double-action-interlock sprinkler system; the absence of water in the sprinkler pipes limits the risk of leakage; automatic electrical shutdown prevents major damage to systems in case of system activation.
